Assist in foreign trade documentation and compliance **Position: Junior Import \& Export Analyst (Impo–Expo Jr.)** **Location:** Nexxus ADN Industrial Park, Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Work Modality:** On\-site **Industry:** Automotive – Tier 1 **Job Description** Tier 1 automotive company located in northern Nuevo León is seeking a **Junior Import \& Export Analyst (Impo–Expo Jr.)** to support foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and the correct execution of import and export processes. This position is ideal for candidates looking to develop their career in **foreign trade within the automotive industry**. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and follow up on **import and export operations** (raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and finished goods). * Assist in the preparation, review, and validation of foreign trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin, etc.). * Coordinate with **customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal customers**. * Support compliance with customs, tax, and foreign trade regulations. * Assist in the control of **Annex 24 and Annex 31** (if applicable). * Support internal and external audits related to foreign trade. * Assist in IMMEX inventory control and reporting. * Help resolve customs issues and logistics delays. * Prepare basic reports and **KPIs** for the area. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a similar role (internships or professional practices accepted). **Basic to intermediate knowledge of:** * Mexican Customs Law * IMMEX Program * Incoterms * Tariff classification * Maritime, land, and air operations * Intermediate **Excel** skills. * **Intermediate English** (technical reading and writing). * Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn. **What We Offer** * Legal benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Company transportation routes. * Cell phone allowance. * Savings fund. * Seniority bonus. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, **7:00 a.m. to 5:06 p.m.** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Sueldo: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Opción a contrato indefinido * Servicio de comedor con descuento * Vales de despensa Puede trasladarse/mudarse: * 65514, Parque Industrial Nexxus ADN2, N.
