**Senior Manager (Hybrid CDMX\- 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days On Remote)** We are seeking a highly and skilled Senior Manager for a global financial company. **Responsibilities:** * **Lead Technical Teams \& Projects:** Manage a group of expert developers to build complex software (microservices and full\-stack systems) that ensures the company meets legal and regulatory rules. * **Stay Involved in Tech:** Keep up with new trends, experiment with new tools, and participate in tech communities. You’ll mentor other engineers and occasionally jump in to write or review code. * **Collaborate for Impact:** Work closely with product managers to build reliable cloud\-based tools that help millions of people manage their money better. * **Use Modern Tech Stacks:** Work with a wide range of tools, including: * **Languages:** JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, and TypeScript. * **Data:** SQL and NoSQL databases. * **Cloud \& Infrastructure:** AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. **Basic Qualifications:** * Advanced English Level (B2 to C1\) * Bachelor’s Degree completed. Nice to have Master Degree. * 6 to 8 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience * does not apply) with Python or Java or Go or Node.js or Ruby on Rails working with microservices, API’s Rest, etc. * 2 years of experience with React or Angular for front\-end components. * 2\+ years of experience with cloud computing (AWS or Google Cloud). * 3 years of leadership experience.
