




Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un representante de servicio al cliente con experiencia en la industria electrónica o automotriz para brindar soporte y servicio a clientes y al equipo de ventas. Summary \- We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as buyer in the electronic or automotive industry, or previous experience as Customer service in a distribution company supplier of those type of industries....or some previous similar experience. This is a mandatory requirement. Our Customer Service Reps provide service and support for our customers from Electronics, Automotive and Mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as: Expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, RMAs, Inside Sales support, between others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Ability to work independently and with teams to: * Satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders. * Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members. * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner. * Coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations. * Grow to increase scope of responsibilities. Computer Skills: * The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Past experience with PC based order entry in ERP systems. English spoken.
