Summary: This role involves performing electrical testing, troubleshooting failures, coordinating with engineering and quality teams, and improving testing procedures. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Perform electrical testing (TTR, Hi\-Pot, resistance, losses, Heat Run). * Record and validate test results. * Identify deviations and troubleshoot failures. * Provide support to production and product release. * Analyze failure trends. * Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams. * Validate testing equipment. * Support audits and certification processes. * Improve testing procedures. * Provide technical training to personnel.
