**Location:** Mexico **Industry:** Automotive (Tier 1\) **Position:** Account Manager **Employment Type:** Full\-time **About SIIX Mexico** SIIX is a global leader in electronics manufacturing services, supporting major automotive, industrial, and consumer brands worldwide. At SIIX Mexico, we are expanding our automotive business and seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven **Account Manager** to join our team. **Role Overview** The Account Manager will serve as the primary interface between SIIX Mexico and key automotive customers. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise. You will manage the business lifecycle from award through mass production, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving internal financial goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day‑to‑day communication with Tier 1 automotive customers. * Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships. * Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to meet expectations. * Oversee the business process from project award to mass production. * Identify risks early and take proactive actions to prevent issues with customers, internal teams, or suppliers. * Monitor project and cost status to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. * Support internal reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. **Required Skills \& Experience** Candidates do **not** need to meet every requirement, but the items marked **(★)** are especially important. * Experience working with **OEM or Tier 1 companies** in the automotive industry. * Understanding of the **automotive industry culture**; familiarity with **Japanese business culture** is a plus. * Ability to visualize and manage the **entire business flow** from award to mass production. **(★)** * Strong **communication and relationship‑building skills** with customers. **(★)** * Proactive mindset with the ability to **take action before issues occur**—internally, with customers, or with suppliers. **(★)** * Ability to **analyze status, identify gaps, and drive actions** to achieve financial and operational goals. **(★)** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in electronics manufacturing or supply chain management. * Project management or program management background. * Business‑level English; Japanese language skills are a plus. **Education Requirements** * **Licenciatura (Bachelor’s degree)** in one of the following areas: * Ingeniería Industrial * Ingeniería Mecánica / Mecatrónica * Ingeniería en Sistemas / Electrónica * Administración de Empresas * Comercio Internacional * Or a related technical or business field * **Maestría** is a plus but not required. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work with global automotive customers. * A collaborative, multicultural environment. * Professional growth within a global organization.
