We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.\n\n\nWe are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!\n\n\n**Descripción genérica del puesto**\n\nEl ingeniero de calidad Sr., es el encargado de establecer planes tácticos y administra recursos eficientemente para para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad de la planta, así como el mantenimiento de las certificaciones de calidad.\n\n\nEl ingeniero de calidad Sr. debe ser capaz tomar de decisiones y negociar con otros departamentos desde un punto de vista estratégico para el beneficio de la planta conservando la integridad del sistema de calidad eliminando riesgos de calidad en el producto.\n\n\nEl ingeniero de calidad Sr. debe ser un trabajador de equipo eficiente en su comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés para evitar problemas y un líder para los grupos de trabajo en lo referente a trabajos y disciplinas referentes a la calidad.\n\n\nEl ingeniero de calidad Sr., cuando se asignado, deberá tomar e implementar los controles necesarios en la introducción de nuevos productos (NPD/NPI), Cambios de ingeniería (ECN), Desviaciones (DR) y Acciones correctivas (CI, 8d, etc) con clientes así como ser la interfase con el cliente en cuestiones de calidad.\n\n\n**Responsabilidades:**\n\n* Planea y mantiene KPIs internos que soporten los KPIs de la gerencia de calidad, de la planta y de la división.\n* Toma acciones y dirige grupos multidisciplinarios para que las acciones correctivas sean eficaces y permanentes.\n* Planear, administrar y balancea recursos para el trabajo eficiente de los grupos de calidad que están a su cargo.\n* Capacita a los ingenieros, técnicos e inspectores de calidad para que sus competencias y conocimientos soporten el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad.\n* Certificación del personal en operaciones criticas (Inspecciones, pruebas y calibraciones).\n* Establece, planea y ejecuta proyectos de ahorro para el departamento de calidad y la planta como parte de la estrategia de mejora continua.\n* Cumplir con política, normatividad y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables en la empresa.\n* Planea, ejecuta y da seguimiento a los controles de NPD/NPI\n* Planea, ejecuta y da seguimiento a los controles de ECN\n* Planea, ejecuta y da seguimiento a los controles de DR\n* Planea, ejecuta , da seguimiento y comunica a los clientes las acciones correctivas que se soliciten.\n* Cumplir con los entrenamientos requeridos por la empresa\n* Dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas que se involucre para dar cumplimiento a ISO 9001\\.\n\n**Autoridad:**\n\n* Solicitar parar embarques en sitio, y en tránsito cuando existan riesgos en los productos\n* Toma de decisiones con respecto a el estatus de aceptación cuando los criterios establecidos no sean claros, esto incluye el sobreponerse a decisiones anteriormente tomadas por el ingeniero de calidad.\n* Autorizar la desviación del proceso de producción bajo los esquemas y procedimientos establecidos.\n* Certificación de personal en operaciones críticas (Inspecciones, pruebas y calibraciones).\n* Levanta acciones correctivas internas cuando sea necesario.\n\n**Requerimientos básicos:**\n\n* Ingeniería Industrial o a fin a la plataforma de negocio.\n* Manejo de estadística básica en Minitab\n* Manejo avanzado de software de Microsoft Office\n* Experiencia Minima 5 años en calidad\n* Inglés conversacional.\n* Conocimiento en solución de problemas por métodos analíticos.\n* Conocimientos en ISO 9001\n* Conocimiento en Criterios de IPC 610\n\n**Requerimientos deseables:**\n\n* Maestría en Calidad o administración.\n* Manejo de estadística intermedia (ANOVA, DOE)\n* Certificación de Criterios de aceptación IPC 610\n* Experiencia en otros departamentos.\n* Certificación Six Sigma Green Belt\n* Formación de Auditor Interno ISO 9001\n\n**Our Commitment to Our People**\n\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
