Nuestra operación está en constante crecimiento, buscando integrar talento profesional con enfoque técnico, estratégico y humano.\n\nBuscamos un gerente avicola para dirigir y supervisar la operación técnica y sanitaria de las unidades de producción de aves de postura, asegurando el bienestar animal, la eficiencia productiva, el cumplimiento de normativas sanitarias y la mejora continua en los indicadores clave del negocio.\n\n**Responsabilidades:**\n\n1\\. Dirigir y coordinar al equipo médico veterinario\\-zootecnista y personal técnico en las granjas de postura comercial (huevo para plato).\n\n2\\. Supervisar programas de salud aviar: aplicación de calendario de vacunación, programas de alimento, protocolos y politicas de bioseguridad, parametros productivos KPIs, control de enfermedades y bienestar animal.\n\n3\\. Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares productivos: conversión alimenticia, postura, mortalidad, calidad de huevo, etc.\n\n4\\. Evaluar y optimizar protocolos de manejo, alimentación, sanidad y ambiente.\n\n5\\. Coordinar con las áreas de nutrición, mantenimiento y calidad para asegurar operaciones integrales.\n\n6\\. Elaborar informes mensuales de producción avicola,calidad de vida de las aves,administración del personal, insumos materiales, etc.\n\n**Requisitos:**\n\n\\*Médico Veterinario Zootecnista (MVZ) titulado.\n\n\\*Deseable: Especialización en producción avícola, sanidad animal o administración agropecuaria.\n\n**Experiencia:**\n\n\\*Mínimo 5 años en posiciones técnicas o gerenciales en granjas de postura.\n\n\\*Amplia experiencia en manejo de gallinas ponedoras (de crianza a postura).\n\n\\*Conocimiento en control de enfermedades, bioseguridad, bienestar animal y manejo
