El objetivo general de este cargo es fomentar las relaciones con los clientes para generar lealtad y ayudar a aumentar las ventas a clientes consumidores individuales. \n\n \n\n**Responsabilidades:**\n\n* Atraer y retener nuevos clientes, y vender productos financieros.\n* Promover y vender productos financieros como cuentas, tarjetas de crédito, seguros, préstamos personales, inversiones, entre otros productos; alcanzar los objetivos de venta mensuales.\n* Completar ventas en las sucursales o visitar a los clientes y clientes potenciales para vender productos.\n* Completar la retención de clientes.\n* Seleccionar el mejor curso de acción de una amplia gama de opciones definidas, y comprender las consecuencias de cada una.\n* Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia\n\n**Calificaciones:**\n\n* Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia relevante.\n* Experiencia en la venta de productos financieros.\n* Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.\n\n**Educación:**\n\n* Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.\n\n\nRadique en la
