**ANALYST CARRIER MANAGEMENT** The Carrier Management Analyst will support the transportation team in monitoring carrier performance, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with service agreements. This role focuses on generating reports, supporting issue resolution, and contributing to the efficiency and reliability of the transportation network. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the tracking of carrier performance indicators. * Prepare and assist in the presentation of reports and performance metrics for internal areas. * Follow up on operational incidents such as missed appointments, delays, and claims. * Validate and monitor billing, identifying, and correcting discrepancies. * Assist in rate and terms of negotiations with carriers. * Coordinate with internal areas (Operations, Finance) to optimize transportation processes. * Maintain and update carrier databases and documentation. * Contribute ideas and proposals for continuous improvement initiatives in transportation processes. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. * 0 to 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (internship or trainee experience accepted) * Basic knowledge of transportation operations (LTL, FTL, drayage) * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate English level Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 63000, Tepic Centro, Nay.
