We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, analytical skills, and proven leadership to ensure the efficiency of our operations. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and deliver financial reports that reflect the companys economic reality, including analysis and recommendations to guide decision\-making. * Oversee the efficient use of working capital, with special focus on managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure adequate liquidity. * Design and implement initiatives to optimize costs, eliminate unnecessary expenses, and strengthen the organizations cash flow. * Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline internal processes and boost the productivity of the administrative area. * Coordinate and develop teams, setting clear objectives and promoting a high\-performance culture. ### **Key Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in Administrative, Financial, or Accounting Management roles. * **Education:** Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or relevant certifications are a plus. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong expertise in financial management, treasury, budget control, and accounting.
