The role reports directly to the General Manager. Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial, electrical, electronics or a similar university degree. * 7\+ years of experience as an engineering manager in manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace or composites industry. * Lean Expert is a must and Six Sigma certified is desired Black Belt certification preferred, Demonstrated Project Management Success * Proved demonstration of Leadership Impact, teamwork, change Campion \& Effective communicator.
