Descripción y detalle de las actividades We are seeking a Senior Video \& Graphic Designer with strong expertise in video production and editing, 3D visualization, UX/UI design, and creative content development. This role combines creative storytelling with cutting\-edge digital design to craft visuals, motion, and interactive experiences that elevate brand engagement across all platforms. **Key Responsibilities** **Creative Design \& Production** * Conceptualize and produce engaging video content, animations, and motion graphics for digital campaigns, product demonstrations, and presentations. * Design and edit both short\-form and long\-form videos for web, social media, and corporate use. * Develop 3D product renderings, animated sequences, and interactive models using 3D tools. * Create high\-impact visual and graphic assets for marketing materials, trade shows, web content, and social media. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clearly and creatively visualize complex engineering or product concepts. **UX/UI \& Content Design** * Design intuitive user interfaces, landing pages, and digital experiences aligned with modern UX/UI best practices. * Work closely with web development and marketing teams to translate content strategies into effective, brand\-aligned visuals. * Contribute to website design, user interaction, and consistency of digital assets across platforms. **AI \& Automation** * Leverage AI\-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, OpenArt, D\-ID, among others) to accelerate creative workflows and ideation. * Explore and prototype new ways to integrate generative design and automation into visual storytelling. **Brand Development \& Collaboration** * Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and visual standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (engineering, sales, and marketing) to produce cohesive creative assets. * Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from concept through execution. Experiencia y requisitos **Requirements** **Required Skills \& Experience** * 7\+ years of professional experience in video production, graphic design, and multimedia content creation. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). * Strong knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk, or equivalent). * Experience with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Familiarity with Canva and AI\-assisted design tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, Midjourney). * Solid understanding of motion design principles, typography, and visual composition. * Experience producing content for digital marketing, e\-commerce, and social media platforms. * Advanced English proficiency (MANDATORY). **Soft Skills** * Excellent visual and verbal communication skills. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Creative mindset with openness to experimentation and innovation.
