Descripción y detalle de las actividades The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and managing the production schedule to ensure the delivery of timely customer orders. This role involves planning material requirements, aligning production resources, and maintaining efficient workflow in accordance with customer demands, material availability, and operational capacity. * Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer requirements, labor capacity, tooling, and lead times * Analyze MRP data to identify material, inventory, and shop supply needs; convert requirements into actionable procurement and production plans * Coordinate with manufacturing supervisors, QA, and purchasing teams to communicate priorities and resolve planning\-related issues * Monitor and adjust production schedules based on changes in customer demand or supply chain constraints * Enter and manage accurate production control data in the planning system; track and resolve B.O.M. (Bill of Materials) errors and control router change implementations * Balance workload with work center capacities and maintain schedule adherence * Execute and report inventory plans, including procurement and usage strategies for common materials and supplies * Generate purchase order requests (PORs) based on inventory status, on\-hand quantities, and MRP outputs * Continuously review system\-generated actions to ensure balance between supply and demand while minimizing cost impact * Collaborate with purchasing to establish standard lead times and support procurement efforts Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, purchasing, or material control within a manufacturing environment * Working knowledge of MRP systems and production planning software * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Bilingual in English and Spanish Beneficios * Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT * seguro de gastos médicos **Número de vacantes** 1 **Área** Planeación **Contrato** Permanente **Modalidad** Presencial **Turno** Diurno **Jornada** Tiempo Completo **Horario*** Tiempo completo * Lunes a viernes **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional **Inglés** Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado **Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
