To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com . **¿Qué harás como Senior Analytics Developer en Sealed Air?** ------------------------------------------------------------- Estamos construyendo la próxima generación de analítica empresarial sobre Microsoft Fabric y buscamos a un Senior Analytics Developer para unirse a nuestro equipo. Trabajarás con Lakehouses, modelos semánticos y la arquitectura medallion para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de analítica que ayuden al negocio a tomar decisiones más rápidas y basadas en datos. Aunque Power BI sigue siendo una herramienta principal, estamos expandiéndonos hacia frameworks modernos de analítica, como dashboards basados en Python (Streamlit, Plotly), aplicaciones web ligeras y tecnologías emergentes de visualización. Este rol combina un sólido conocimiento de modelado de datos y plataformas con curiosidad y flexibilidad para explorar nuevas formas de generar y entregar insights. **¿Por qué te necesitamos?** ---------------------------- * Construir dashboards interactivos y aplicaciones analíticas utilizando Power BI y otras tecnologías modernas de reporteo. * Desarrollar y mantener modelos semánticos y estructuras de datos tipo esquema en estrella (star schema) en Lakehouses de Microsoft Fabric. * Aplicar los principios de arquitectura medallion (Bronze / Silver / Gold) para asegurar pipelines de datos robustos, limpios y de alto rendimiento. * Colaborar con ingenieros de datos, analistas y stakeholders del negocio para traducir los requerimientos en soluciones analíticas accionables. * Explorar, prototipar e implementar nuevas tecnologías de reporteo para expandir las capacidades más allá de las herramientas tradicionales de Business Intelligence. * Optimizar dashboards y soluciones analíticas en términos de rendimiento, usabilidad y escalabilidad. **¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?** ------------------------------------ * Más de 3 años de experiencia en Power BI o en desarrollo de BI/reportes. * Sólido conocimiento en modelado de datos, modelos semánticos y diseño de esquemas en estrella (star schema). * Experiencia con Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouses o plataformas de datos en la nube. * Dominio de SQL y transformación de datos. * Inglés avanzado conversacional * Experiencia con Streamlit, Plotly, Dash o React para el desarrollo de aplicaciones analíticas (deseable) * Conocimiento de frameworks modernos de visualización de datos y analítica basada en Python (deseable) Requisition id: 53972 Relocation: No Sealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
