Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Main activities:** * Coordinate and monitor the traffic of the crossings of imports, exports and transfers * Keep the traffic report updated, always informing the internal and external client * Optimize times and routes with transport units * Maintain good communication with the company's internal and external departments, suppliers and vendors * Serve as a link between the different points of the supply chain * Make bills of landing by UPS, and FedEx for shipment of merchandise Experiencia y requisitos **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in customs, import/export, and logistics operations. * Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal). * Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classifications, and trade compliance. * Experience coordinating import and export shipments (air, ocean, and ground). * Familiarity with Incoterms, customs documentation, and shipping requirements. * Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities. * Knowledge of IMMEX program and Mexican customs regulations (preferred). * Ability to analyze logistics costs and identify improvement opportunities. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation.
