Stanowisko to podlega: Project Finance Analyst **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders in the order management system. Each day, you will ensure timely cross\-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders. You will also showcase your expertise by utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements. The work model for the role is: \#LI\-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation division in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: * Record customer purchase orders in SAP as per instructions and procedures. * Maintain accurate data entry throughout order execution. * Issue invoices in SAP as per contract milestones and enter in customer platform if needed. * Follow up on invoice status. * Retain documentation related to orders that support compliance with internal controls and procedures. * Ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders. * Effectively support Controlling and Project Management with ad hoc requests. **Qualifications for the role** * 1 to 2 years of work experience in order entry. * Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must), SharePoint, Adobe and other internet\-based applications. * Direct experience with SAP will be a significant asset. * Positive outlook, ability to multi\-task and manage time effectively. * Proficient in English language. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related.
