A global automotive metal\-mechanical company is looking for a **Plant** **Controller** for its plant in Saltillo ### **Dynamic and strategically\-minded Controller to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be a leader with proven experience in team management, ensuring the financial soundness and regulatory compliance of the organization.** ### **Requisitos** Accounting or Finance degree. * Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as International Financial Reporting Standards. * English * Worked with ERP systems in the past – SAP, ORACLE a plus * Strong accounting skills. Mex GAAP, IFRS. * Important Tax updates about the legal and tax reforms in Mexico and Global wide. * Strong analysis and interpretation of the statements. * Periodically reporting (under pressure of deadlines) to Corporate and Authorities. * Mexican financial situation and IFRS statements. * Shifting Fiscal laws * Networks: External and Corporate auditors; \*Important Contacts: Mexican Tax and Legal Authorities, State and local governmental entities; \*Lawyers, Appraisers, and insurance companies
