That’s where you come in.### **The Role** You’ll lead process engineering for high\-volume ceramic manufacturing. That means designing and improving processes, solving problems, and making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and cost\-effectively. You’ll also mentor engineers and help build a strong technical team. Responsibilities: ### **What You’ll Do** * Design and implement control systems for production processes. * Improve manufacturing methods and deploy process changes. * Document changes and keep everything aligned with QMS standards. * Lead corrective and preventive actions to hit site KPIs. * Support new product development, testing, and validation. * Run PFMEAs and troubleshoot issues using FMEA and other tools. * Analyze process capacity and capability. * Drive efficiency and throughput improvements. * Collaborate on safety, lean, and continuous improvement projects. * Prepare and submit capital expenditure requests. (Please ensure the font you copy/paste is changed to Arial 10pt) Qualifications: ### **About You** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Materials Engineering or similar. * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. * Solid experience with Lean tools (SMED, VSM, TPM, 6S, JIT). * Comfortable with MS Office and intermediate Minitab skills. * Strong grasp of statistics and problem\-solving methods. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * At least 7 years in manufacturing. * Great communicator, good planner, and able to work well with everyone. ### **Nice to Have** * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. * Experience in injection molding or ceramic processes. * Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100\. ### **What You’ll Get** Competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to work on projects that actually matter.
