Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness. The work model for the role is: \#LI\-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: * Describing and defining IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintaining all service\-related information within the service management tool. * Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services. * Applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets. * Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services. **Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred. * 1\+ years expertise IS areas and enterprise End User support role. * Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision\-making and ability to work alone or with a team. * Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure * Extensive Windows 11 knowledge and support experience. * Experience in programming or scripting in an IT environment preferred. * Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred. * Knowledge in IT Lean, Scrum or any IT Methodology.
