**Required Skills \& Experience** * 8\+ years of backend development experience with .NET 6 or higher. * Proven ability to lead engineering teams and technical projects. * Deep expertise in Azure Service Fabric, MS SQL Server, and Cosmos DB. * Strong understanding of payment systems and architecture, including Stripe integration and decoupled payment flows. * Proficiency in building microservices, REST APIs, and scalable architectures. * Strong background in API security, performance tuning, and compliance (SOC 2, PCI). * Hands\-on experience in CI/CD automation and secure deployment practices. * Working knowledge of Angular or modern frontend frameworks for backend integration. * Experience leveraging AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity optimization. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Fluent English **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud\-native architectures. * Exposure to AI/ML or data\-driven product features is a plus. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps culture.
