Stanowisko to podlega: Quality Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. The work model for the role is: \#LI\-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: * Leading Incoming Inspection team (for Raw materials) in ELDS, SLP factory. Creating, developing and maintaining Quality Control Plan and Inspection Plan for Raw Materials. * Generating and managing Non\-Conformity Reports to internal and external suppliers for materials that do not meet our specifications; and verifying Effective closure of assessment non\-conformances. * Assisting and collaborating with SQEs in implementing controls in the Supply Chain to verify that materials meet requirements, and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks. * Utilizing Core Tools to assure effective introduction of new parts for new products. * Performing audits and using analytics to identify risks, failures and non\-conformances, and assisting in applying corrective and preventive action **Qualifications for the role** * Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. * 5\+ Years experience in Quality Engineering * Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma and quality tools (5whys, 8Ds, Control Charts) * Statistical Control in MiniTab required * Advanced English * 6S Greenbelt Certified preferred **Benefits** * Life Insurance * Retirement plan * Accident Insurance * Wellbeing program * Dental insurance * Flex days * Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF) Doceniamy różnorodność doświadczeń.
