Experience in engineering projects involving the installation of production lines, technical assistance in contract manufacturing, and equipment upgrades. Minimum C1 level English proficiency. Availability and documentation for international travel. Valid driver's license. Credit card (as travel expenses are deposited to this account). **Main Responsibilities:** Define the workload forecast in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and promote the optimal use and planning of resources. Evaluate the skills and competencies of personnel to perform the work and ensure skills development where deficiencies exist. Ensure required training and certifications in safety, health, and environmental matters. Lead the field team in the subregion to ensure the proper management of on\-site installation and service activities and achieve customer satisfaction. Guarantee excellent cooperation between the Field Supervisors and the main execution managers (Inspection Managers and Project Managers), being responsible for resolving any conflicts that arise during the Field Supervisors' mission at the facilities. **We offer:** Salary: $25,000 MXN gross monthly.
