The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RMA\-based metaphors, decision management, and Java\-based development, along with solid exposure to modern development and source control practices. **The opportunity:** * Design, develop, and implement business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor 7\.x * Create and maintain RMA\-based metaphors, including decision tables and rule flows * Develop and manage code templates and decision table templates for scalable rule authoring * Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into decision logic * Perform Java development and unit testing to support rule execution and integrations * Ensure high\-quality, reusable, and maintainable rule artifacts * Work with SCM tools (GitHub) for version control, branching, and collaboration * Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization * Support deployments and integrations across environments This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
