As a Sales Representative, you will assist prospective clients with their immigration needs by scheduling appointments, providing service information, and helping convert inquiries into clients—all while ensuring a professional and supportive experience. Responsibilities: ● Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their needs and ● determine how the firm can support them. ● Provide clear and concise information regarding immigration ● services and processes. ● Use sales techniques to encourage prospective clients to begin ● their legal process with the firm. ● Build long\-term client relationships through consistent and ● culturally sensitive communication. ● Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure overall ● satisfaction. ● Offer solutions to address clients’ concerns or obstacles. ● Maintain accurate and timely communication across all customer interactions.
