




**Call Center Customer Service (On Site)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our products or services, and follow up on appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Answer **inbound** calls and respond to customer emails in a professional manner * Make **outbound** calls to follow up on customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved * Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services * Adhere to all company policies and procedures **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team environment We have different schedules AM\-PM, Monday to Saturday Schedules.
