




**Customer Service Analyst** **Job Description:** At **Electro Componentes Internacional (ECI)**, we are looking for a **Customer Service Analyst** with experience in customer service processes and demand management. This role is key to ensuring accurate demand administration, shipping coordination, and reconciliation of demand variations, guaranteeing efficiency and quality in every interaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer Demand Management:** Monitor, analyze, and maintain forecasts and purchase orders in MRP systems. * **MRP Process:** Validate and update requirements to ensure availability and compliance. * **Demand Variation Reconciliation:** Analyze changes in demand and negotiate adjustments with customers. * **Shipping Coordination:** Ensure proper scheduling and follow\-up of shipments to customers. * **Effective Communication:** Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (Production, Logistics, Materials). **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Customer Service processes within automotive or manufacturing industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** Demand management and MRP. * Demand variation reconciliation with customers. * Shipping coordination and logistics. * **Languages:** English (minimum 80%). * **Tools:** Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * **Availability:** Ability to travel mainly to USA and Mexico. * **Travel Availability:** USA and Mexico Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinado Duración del contrato: 3 meses Sueldo: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 al mes Experiencia: * Cadena de suministro: 3 años (Obligatorio) * Customer Service: 3 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: * Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
