If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for precision, we encourage you to apply! **\*\*About the Role\*\*** As a Project Order Management Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our team, supporting the end\-to\-end execution of project\-related order entry, meticulous documentation validation, timely system updates, and seamless coordination. You'll work closely with EA US Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers, ensuring that every project moves forward efficiently and accurately. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key to our operational excellence! **\*\*What You Will Do\*\*** In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of project orders: \*\*Order Management:\*\** Perform accurate Order Entry and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation in various ERP systems. * Ensure the complete and timely booking of all assigned projects. \*\*Documentation \& Handover:\*\** Actively participate in project handover meetings with Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) and Project Coordinators. * Validate critical documentation received from the Head Office, including Purchase Orders (POs) and Master Purchase Agreements (MPAs). \*\*Procurement \& Financial Setup:\*\** Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to support project needs. * Assist in the administration of financial instruments like Bonds and Letters of Credit (LCs). * Set up initial Billing Plans for projects, ensuring financial clarity from the outset. \*\*Product Transparency Support:\*\** Provide support for initial product Order Entry for transparency and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects. * Coordinate with project factories as needed and ensure all relevant updates are accurately reflected in SieOps. \*\*Project Closure:\*\** Ensure all project documentation is properly archived and validated for future reference. * Support the completion of project close\-out and reconciliation processes, bringing projects to a successful conclusion. **\*\*What We Need From You\*\*** We're looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented professional to join our team! \*\*Your Foundation:\*\** Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Administration, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in order/project administration or support. * Fluent in English (both written and verbal) – essential for our global communication! \*\*Your Skills \& Mindset:\*\** Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools. * Strong documentation and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. * A collaborative spirit and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. \*\*Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):\*\** Experience supporting U.S. stakeholders in a shared service or nearshore model. * Understanding of export/import documentation (e.g., Bonds, LCs). * Familiarity with project billing workflows and customer\-facing systems. **You can expect.** * An environment where everyone can bring their whole self and feel a sense of belonging. * Wide variety of learning \& development opportunities \- \*\*Equal Employment Opportunity Statement\*\* Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
