Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia de 6 años en: * Legislación Aduanera Mexicana * Anexo 24 y 30, clasificación arancelaria * Trade Compliance y Regulaciones Internacionales * Logística y cadena de suministro * Reglas octavas, IMMEX, Vucem, Certificacion de IVA etc. * conocimiento de Logística (programación de transportes, importaciones, etc) * Ingles Avanzado Responsabilidades * Gestión Operativa de Comercio Exterior * Relación con Proveedores Logísticos * Control Financiero y Análisis de Costos * Cumplimiento Normativo y Trade Compliance * Auditorías y Gobierno Corporativo * Gestión de KPI’s y Mejora Continua * Liderazgo y Coordinación Interna Principales competencias: * Aplicar la Legislación Aduanera (Ley Aduanera, RGCE) * Supervisar que se cumplan los Regímenes Aduaneros (IMMEX) * Validar la clasificación Arancelaria * Cumplimiento a loa Anexos 24 y 30 * Evalua desempeño y SLA´s * Revisar y validad facturación Ofrecemos: Contrato directo de planta y prestaciones superiores a las de la Ley **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
