**Descripción del empleo:** Pangea (formerly GST AutoLeather, Inc.) is one of the world's leading suppliers of leather upholstery for automotive seats and headliners, supplying many of the world's leading original equipment manufacturers, including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, GM, Stellantis, Volkswagen, and BMW, among others. **Job objective:** Provide and manage the documents (HOE, ET, VA, MN, WI, and FR) for operations as well as the digital drawings (Gerber), complying with the requirements established by the Quality System. Support designated activities in the Process Engineering area. Requirements: * Analytical skills * Industrial, automotive, mechatronics, electrical, or related engineering degree. * Proven experience in automotive industry. * Intermediate \- advanced English * Knowledge of automotive leather processes. * Team management * Problem solving * Planning * Customer and/or supplier relations * Negotiation * Service (support) * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * **Update process documents** for model introductions / engineering changes / process changes and their issuance in PT. * **Support in DOE's (Design of Experiments)** and document process capability results. * **Preparation and validation of Bill of Materials.** * Collaborating in the improvement of organizational processes, seeking optimization and cost reduction. * Creating and updating foam\-cutting drawings for the Gerber machine. * **Comply with the quality system requirements** relevant to the position. * Knowledge of Wista machines, Comelz, RF Welding, lamination, and quilting.
