Coordinación con ingeniería y producción Descripción y detalle de las actividades Lead and manage HVAC equipment manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, scope, manufacturing, and delivery objectives. Align customer technical and contractual requirements with internal engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Acts as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, managing risks and making strategic decisions throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead the end\-to\-end planning and execution of HVAC manufacturing projects from kickoff to closure. * Define project execution strategies considering scope, cost, schedule, and risk. * Manage and validate Customer Supplied Parts (CSP) documentation, ensuring proper review, importation, and upload to the intranet. * Coordinate material status with Warehouse and Quality (QC) and proactively report deviations or risks to the customer. * Manage surplus customer\-supplied components and coordinate their return according to established agreements. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to Manufacturing and Production regarding submittals, drawings, cut sheets, and BOMs. * Integrate and validate BOMs from Electrical,Refrigeration, and Controls Engineering departments. * Analyze material availability prior to assembly start and coordinate with the Master Scheduler. * Communicate committed dates for testing, shipments, and plant visits based on actual production status * Coordinate with Electrical Engineering on unit electrical installations, including BOMs, diagrams, controls, CSPs, and updates. * Lead customer or representative inspections during plant visits.
