Team members enjoy direct access to cross functional partnerships, advanced training, and career mobility across multiple engineering and operational disciplines. \#PoweredByPossibility **We are hiring a:** Customer Service Representative El Marqués, Querétaro – Onsite About the role As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Watlow’s customers throughout the entire order to delivery cycle. In this role, you will manage orders with a high level of accuracy, provide exceptional communication, and partner cross functionally to ensure that customers receive timely, high quality support. You are a proactive problem solver, a natural relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You take ownership of customer needs, maintain a high attention to detail, and advocate for continuous improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. What You’ll Do * Accurately enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring correct pricing, delivery dates, and configurations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional communication via email, phone, and customer portals. * Coordinate and track shipments, collaborating with planning, production, and shipping teams to ensure on time delivery. * Investigate discrepancies related to orders, pricing, product issues, or delays, providing clear and timely resolutions. * Manage the RMA (Return Material Authorization) and credit processes, working with Quality, Engineering, and Operations as needed. What You’ll Need to Succeed Education \& Experience * College degree required. * 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment. * Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred. * Experience with order entry and transactional accuracy strongly preferred.
