Verificarás la información de facturación, ingresarás el importe adeudado y elaborarás una cuenta detallada de los pagos del cliente. **Responsabilidades clave:** * Comunicarte con los clientes y otros equipos para resolver errores de facturación y realizar diversas funciones de apoyo al departamento de contabilidad y los procesos de facturación. * Garantizar la entrega de datos del cliente para las actividades de informes, realizar la facturación diaria y resolver errores de facturación. * Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizando y ejecutando diversas tareas de forma rápida y eficiente. * Preparar comprobantes, recibos y cheques introduciendo la información en el sistema financiero de la empresa. **Requisitos:** * Nivel avanzado de inglés (**es indispensable para avanzar con la posición)** * Al menos un año de experiencia en finanzas o facturación deseable * Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Administración de Empresas * Capacidad para resolver problemas * Enfoque en la atención al cliente * Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral * Gran atención al detalle y buenas habilidades analíticas * Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos en un entorno dinámico.
