Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will be mainly accountable for: * Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility. * Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices. * Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility. * Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. **Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar disciplines or a related field. * Ability to demonstrate your experience of 10 years in Finance working as Business Controller with Engineering to Order manufacturing environment. (Knowledge in IMMEX). * Knowledge in ERP (SAP) FICO Model, ETO Knowledge, Office, Power BI, Team Leadership. * You are immersed working with operations and the power distribution market. * Possess an enhanced knowledge of Project Controlling \& Business Partnering. * You are passionate about leading change and challenging the status quo. * Advanced Level of English is required.
