JOB DESCRIPTION El representante tecnico es el responsable de dar atencion a los clientes en cuanto al uso de los productos que manejamos, la correcta aplicacion y el soporte en fallas que se presentan en las lineas de produccion. RESPONSIBILITIES * Remite las quejas sobre fallas del producto o servicio a los departamentos correspondientes para su investigación. * Coordina las necesidades de servicio del cliente con otros departamentos según sea necesario para garantizar la atención. * Puede recibir pedidos. * Aplica cinta de enmascarar sobre piezas y áreas que no deben recubrirse. * Mezcla pinturas según los códigos de color. * Rellena cavidades y abolladuras con masilla para obtener una superficie lisa.
