**Position Summary:** We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, drive continuous improvement, and optimize workflows for both existing and new products. This role involves evaluating equipment, implementing control systems, and leading process upgrades with a focus on reliability, quality, and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements. * Evaluate, design, and enhance machinery to meet production demands. * Audit processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards. * Implement defect prevention systems (e.g., Poka Yoke, Go/No\-Go tools). * Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys) and corrective actions. * Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Logistics, and Engineering teams. * Develop cost\-reduction initiatives. * Train and support staff on new processes and equipment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. * 3–5 years of experience in high\-volume manufacturing. * Printing process experience is a plus. * Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. * Excellent analytical, communication, and task management skills. * Proficient in Google Suite and AutoCAD. * **English proficiency is required: 80% or higher.** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $40,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
