Experiencia y requisitos Professional Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. More than 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, with progressively increasing responsibility. * Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS. * Good use of the English language, both verbal and written, • Dominio de MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Excel, Teams) Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Manage and supervise accounting staff, including task assignment and guidance. * Perform financial analysis and provide information to support decision\-making. • Review and analyze financial data for discrepancies and inconsistencies. • Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and prepare tax returns and working documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
