Responsible for delivering Top and Bottom line sales. Ability to effectively interact with school customer director leadership, regional co\-oops, and state nutrition leaders. Knowledge of local state and USDA guidelines and concerns that impact industry. Knowledge of school bid and Commodity processes and able to work with those departments to provide market intelligence. Ability to develop go to market strategy to deliver plan. **Position Responsibilities** * Implementation of K\-12 overarching channel strategy with Category Marketing * Execute School Bid and Commodity strategy * Develop strong relationships with local school districts * Input on priorities between channel alignment and school districts * Lead effective communication Achieve assigned case and dollar volume targets by total and assigned category mix * Day to day management of all assigned school target accounts on both a direct basis and with assigned agencies * Manage trade budget by negotiating programs for efficient and effective business development * Identify and target set list of key school accounts for new business * Deliver annual new business goal as assigned * Develop/maintain/strengthen school account relationships * Utilize insights and market intelligence to help identify/create market opportunities * Successful sell in of new item offerings to key school accounts * Product training * Communicate market intelligence to supervisor and School Category Management Team **Position Qualifications** * A minimum BA/BS degree, minimum of 2 years sales experience in the food and beverage industry * Must have a strong base in development and maintenance of customer relations and promotions management. * Must be capable of effectively interpreting and using multiple information sources to develop strategy and tactics. * Proficient in PC tools and applications, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com * Must be able to establish and maintain strong internal and external working relationships * Must have strong interpersonal, directing and coaching skills. * Must have proven fiscal responsibility. * Travel up to 50% of the time **Last Modified:** November 2016 Conagra Brands o sus filiales son empleadores con igualdad de oportunidades y consideran solicitantes de empleo calificados(as) sin tener en cuenta sexo, raza, color de piel, religión, origen étnico o nacional, género, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, edad, embarazo, estado de incapacidad, discapacidad, estado de veterano(a), información genética y/o cualquier otra característica o estado protegido por la ley nacional, federal, estatal o local.
