We are looking for a **UX Designer** to enhance our digital experience, ensuring our websites and digital platforms provide intuitive, engaging, and conversion\-driven interactions for guests. **Responsibilities** \- **User Research \& Data\-Driven Design** * Conduct user research, customer journey mapping, and competitor analysis. * Gather insights through **heatmaps, session recordings, and usability testing**. * Work with marketing and development teams to refine digital experiences. \- **Wireframing \& Prototyping** * Design **wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high\-fidelity mockups** in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Create **conversion\-optimized landing pages, booking flows, and site architectures**. * Develop UX/UI design guidelines and best practices for digital platforms. \- **User Interface \& Interaction Design** * Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. * Improve **website navigation, hierarchy, and readability** for better user engagement. * Optimize UI elements such as forms, buttons, and CTAs to enhance **conversions and usability**. \- **A/B Testing \& Optimization** * Work closely with the **Web Developer** to implement UX improvements based on A/B testing. * Conduct usability tests to identify pain points and refine interactions. * Monitor and improve accessibility, ensuring compliance with **WCAG standards**. \- **Collaboration \& Communication** * Work closely with the **marketing, content, and development teams** to align UX with business goals. * Provide UX recommendations backed by data and user insights. **Requirements** * **10\+ years of experience** in UX/UI design and user\-centered methodologies. * Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, or similar design tools. * Strong understanding of **user research, persona creation, and UX testing methodologies**. * Knowledge of **CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), accessibility, and usability best practices**. * Experience collaborating with developers to ensure smooth UX implementation. * Familiarity with **A/B testing tools, heatmaps, and analytics platforms**.
