You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality. **Responsibilities** * **Supervise and Lead Production Staff:** Direct daily operations, including job assignments, scheduling, and training. * **Meet Production Goals:** Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met on time and within budget. * **Ensure Quality and Safety:** Implement and enforce strict quality control and safety procedures. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment. * **Optimize Processes:** Identify and implement improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * **Manage Resources:** Oversee the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity. * **Troubleshoot and Problem\-Solve:** Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during production. * **Report on Performance:** Track and report on key production metrics, including output, quality, and downtime. * **Mentor and Develop Team:** Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to your team to help them grow professionally. **Qualifications** * **Proven Experience:** At least 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. * **Strong Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. * **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards. * **Problem\-Solving Abilities:** Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure. * **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay instructions and report on progress. * **Education:** A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
