* **Production Planning \& Scheduling:** * Assist in creating and maintaining accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods. * Support the allocation of resources and materials based on production priorities. * **Inventory Management:** * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods. * Coordinate stock replenishment and flag low stock levels to senior team members. * Ensure updated inventory records and contribute to stock accuracy efforts. * **Order Management:** * Track customer orders and ensure production plans align with order deadlines. * Communicate with production teams to meet customer requirements and urgent demands. **Skills and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** Internship or some experience in supply chain, production planning, or a similar role in manufacturing. Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus. * Proficiency in planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, or Excel). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices is preferred.
