Support problem-solving for effective analysis **A leading Tier 1 automotive company is seeking a Welding \& Robot Engineer.** **Job Authority:** Escalation of risks to the management **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for maintaining updated product and process risk analyses (FMEA D/P), evaluating their effectiveness, and coordinating the problem\-solving process with applicable methodologies for optimal execution. **Activities:** **Activity 1:** Training multidisciplinary personnel in core tools. **Activity 2:** Lead a multidisciplinary team for FMEA generation (P\-D) based on APIS. **Activity 3:** Generate process/design FMEA in APIS for new VDA/AIAG projects. **Activity 4:** Maintain control of updates to the latest level of FMEAs \- Control Plan. **Activity 5:** Coordinate the reverse FMEA review prior to production startup (SOP). **Activity 6:** Support multidisciplinary teams in problem\-solving for effective analysis. **Activity 7:** Implement improvements in statistical process control systems. **Activity 8:** Implement improvements in measurement and testing systems FMEA Measurement System Analysis Reverse FMEA APIS Software Problem Solving PPAP Statistical Process Control APQP **Entry Profile:** **Academic Degree:** Preferably Technical Degree, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Processes, or related field. **Knowledge in:** IATF standard, ISO 14001, customer standards, welding standards. **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in a similar position within the metalworking industry.
