Support daily land transportation operations Hello network, I’m currently looking for a **Logistics Operations Assistant (Transportation \& Claims)** to join our team in Mexico City. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in starting their career in logistics, land transportation operations, and claims management within the automotive industry. I would greatly appreciate your support in sharing this opportunity More details below: **Responsibilities** * Support daily coordination of land transportation operations. * Assist in transport assignment and documentation control (BOL, CCP, POD). * Track shipments and follow up with transport providers to ensure on\-time departures and deliveries. * Update internal operational files and KPI reports. * Support damage claim follow\-up per VIN, including documentation review and evidence collection. * Compare shipment records against internal files and yard information. * Maintain communication with transport providers, dealers, and internal teams. * Support invoice tracking and payment request processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (recent graduates are welcome). * No prior experience required (internships or academic projects in logistics are a plus). * Intermediate–advanced English (ability to communicate via email and review operational documentation). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
