




We're looking for Business Development Manager (5 \- 7 years of experience in Sales Progression) and Business Development Executive (2 years of experience), with experience working for B2B companies. Ideally from events industry, events \& expositions. English is a must. \-\- \-\- \-\- \-\- \-\- * Manage LATAM region Sales account. Research and develop markets. Build strategies for account and revenue growth. * Identify and contact potential sponsors and exhibitors within the foreign exchange brokerage sector and other related financial services. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure their participation in the exhibition. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation. * Prepare and present commercial proposals that align with client needs and event objectives. * Attend industry and networking events to increase exhibition visibility and generate leads. * Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional material and strategies to enhance event participation. * Coordinate with other internal stakeholders for smooth execution of event activities. * Provide regular progress reports and market analysis to the management team. * Manage the sales team.
