Reforma, Mexico Cit*y. ***BENEFITS:*** * Nominal salary: $45,000 to $50,000 MXN (depending on experience). * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM *(Saturdays only when required)*. * Grocery vouchers: $2,000 MXN monthly. * Benefits above those required by law. * Stable position within an international logistics and air transport company. ***KEY REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Administration, Aviation, or a related field. * Advanced English. * Advanced Mandarin Chinese. * 5\+ years as an International Air Transport Manager. * Strong experience in pricing, international air cargo, cabin procurement, air product development, and airline negotiation. * Knowledge of MX–LATAM routes, key airports, AWB, cargo booking, consolidations, and customs operations. * Advanced Excel skills, commercial CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and freight forwarder systems (Cargowise, Magaya, Softair). * Own vehicle and availability for frequent travel. ***NECESSARY SKILLS:*** * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Leadership and cross\-functional influence. * Advanced negotiation and effective communication. * Organization, prioritization, and decision\-making under pressure. * KPI orientation, profitability focus, and continuous improvement mindset. * Responsibility, ethics, teamwork, and proactivity.
