Stanowisko to podlega: Planning \& Fulfillment Manager **Your Role: Own the Challenge** In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate constrained engineering and production plans, material plans, and Work\-In\-Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization, including Sales in Excess (SIE) of invoicing, to improve service levels. Each day, you will gather and analyze all data necessary to create constrained engineering plans (for Engineered\-To\-Order businesses) and production plans, apply rough\-cut and detailed capacity planning, and align them with the demand plan. You will also leverage your expertise to optimize working capital. The work model for the role is: Onsite Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division at our Ramos Arizpe factory. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the review process and facilitate planning meetings. * Prepare Rough\-Cut Capacity Planning, identify capacity constraints, and recommend short\- and long\-term solutions and mitigation plans to eliminate bottlenecks. * Assess the impact of plans on expected inventory levels, including SIE; monitor WIP; recommend WIP rationalization initiatives; and incorporate them into the Inventory Checkbook. * Identify root causes for deviations from the production plan and implement initiatives to improve adherence. **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience in Planning and Fulfillment. * Experience in supply chain and shipping processes. * Strong negotiation and leadership skills. * Experience tracking and analyzing area KPIs. * Customer service experience. * Proficiency in SAP and Excel. * Advanced English. * Knowledge of ANAPLAN, RESILENCE, and SIMPA is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree completed. **We also offer our employees the following benefits:** * Performance Bonus * Saving fund * Paid parental leave * Life insurance * Retirement plan * Health and dental insurance * Wellbeing program * Flex days * Employee Assistance Program (PAE) * Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF) Doceniamy różnorodność doświadczeń.
