The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting **ETL processes using IBM DataStage**, while collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using IBM DataStage, including parallel jobs, sequences, partitioning, and job orchestration. Build and maintain scalable and high\-performance data integration pipelines supporting enterprise\-level data processing. Develop complex queries, validations, and data analysis using Oracle databases. Create scripts and automations using Python when required to support ETL processes and data workflows. Participate in technical analysis and solution design for data integration projects. Document ETL flows, technical designs, and data processes following internal engineering standards. Manage development tasks, user stories, and defect tracking using Jira within an Agile environment. Leverage tools such as Copilot to accelerate development, optimize scripts, and improve documentation. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices including version control, deployment automation, and continuous integration. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure data accuracy, quality, and reliability. Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues in production and pre\-production environments. Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and the overall data ecosystem. Required Skills Minimum 3 years of experience developing ETL processes. Strong hands\-on experience with IBM DataStage. Solid experience working with Oracle databases and complex SQL queries.
