We are an automotive electronics company. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **reliability analysis** (FMEA, FMEDA, Weibull, life cycle analysis). * Define and execute **accelerated test plans** (HALT, HASS, thermal stress, vibration, humidity tests). * Validate electronic components according to **automotive standards** (ISO 26262, IATF 16949, AEC\-Q100/Q200\). * Collaborate with design teams to **identify risks** and propose improvements. * Monitor **field failures** and conduct root cause analysis. * Prepare **technical reports** and documentation for audits and customers. * Participate in **supplier selection** ensuring reliability standards. **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in reliability, validation testing, or quality within the automotive industry. * **Knowledge of:** * Automotive standards: ISO 26262, IATF 16949\. * Statistical tools: Minitab, JMP. * Reliability methods: FMEA, Weibull, life cycle analysis. * Environmental and accelerated testing (HALT/HASS). * **Software:** MATLAB, LabVIEW, simulation tools.
