The ideal candidates will have experience writing manual test scripts, with a strong preference for those who have worked in Salesforce environments. Candidates should be detail\-oriented, collaborative, and able to quickly ramp up in a fast\-moving project Key Responsibilities: Develop and document manual test scripts for Salesforce applications. Author and maintain test cases in Octane. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA leads to validate requirements and ensure full test coverage. Execute manual test cases, log results, and track defects. Support transition to automation at a later stage (not in immediate scope). Ensure adherence to QA best practices, versioning, and documentation standards Required Skills \& Experience: Proven experience in QA/Test Script Writing for enterprise applications. Hands\-on experience writing manual test cases. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, or related modules preferred). Experience using Octane or similar test management tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills for working with cross\-functional teams.
