




Descripción y detalle de las actividades Coordinates quote requests and customer requirements, prepares cost estimates, manages vendors and project documentation, enters projects into Syteline, prepares billing documents, and communicates shipment or service completion details, applying necessary practical mathematical skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Follow and control processes in accordance with the established guidelines for the Customer Service Department Coordinator in all matters related to customer service requirements. * Receive RFQ (Request for Quote) from Sales, obtain the service cost and coordinate the service delivery according to the client’s needs. * Create cost estimate sheets for Sales or Customers. * Contact vendors and affiliates to coordinate service\-related activities and manage all associated administrative paperwork. * Upload and register the project/service request in Syteline. * Collect and prepare the necessary documentation to invoice the service for the accounting department. * Generate service completion and delivery reports, and inform the Sales team. * Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * English: intermediate to advanced * MS Office: Word, Excel and eager willingness to learn to use application and specialty software such as: SolidView, Syteline, Magic, SolidWorks, Del Cam etc as regular everyday work tools * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and results\-oriented environment. * Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in customer acquisition and lead generation.
