**We are an international company specialized in logistics and e\-commerce, seeking a proactive and results\-oriented Warehouse Supervisor.** This role is key to ensuring that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, from receiving merchandise to final delivery, guaranteeing proper inventory management and compliance with operational standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch. * Lead, motivate, and organize staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment. * Maintain proper warehouse organization, complying with safety and hygiene standards. * Plan and execute periodic and monthly inventories, effectively resolving discrepancies. * Promote interdepartmental communication to ensure high\-quality customer service. * Evaluate team performance and implement continuous improvements in warehouse processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience leading warehouse operations, preferably in e\-commerce logistics. * Languages: Spanish (native or advanced), Mandarin Chinese (advanced, required), and English (conversational, desirable). * Advanced knowledge of WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others). * Experience with Amazon logistics and e\-commerce operations. * Proficient in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations. * Ability to plan and execute inventories. * Key skills: leadership, team management, planning and organization, problem\-solving, and responsibility. **We Offer:** * Salary: MXN $30,000 – $60,000 per month (depending on experience and skills). * Benefits above the law: grocery vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, and major medical insurance. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (occasional Saturdays if required). * Work location: Industrial La Presa, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.
